Do we need to bring towels?
All linen and house towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.

Do you have any facilities for small children?
The villas are well equipped for small children. The villas comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.

How do we book?
First check the availability of the villas you wish to stay at. Then you can book online at Book Now.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in our villas, but you may smoke on the outside deck area using the ashtrays provided there. In Florida, you will find that smoking is not allowed in public places such as restaurants.

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we have to say no as many guests have allergies.

What entertainment is provided?
Both our villas are fitted with cable T.V. to the lounge and Bedrooms, DVD player. You either bring your own DVD’s/ or rent them from the local Blockbuster or buy them cheaply at Walmart! Both villas have a games room with pool table and Air Hockey table.

Is the pool heated?
It can be the cost is $105. This is only really applicable between November and March when the evening temperature can fall. If you want you pool heated, you should request this at the time of booking. If you arrive and decide to have the pool heated then you must accept that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool and you are charged from the day it is turned on.

Are there any medical services nearby?
There is a 24 hour pharmacy on Highway 27.
